Most comments you make, make sense and I'm working on some as well. Of course the vid is just a selection of the exercises that we do so some of the things you mentioned we do, but its simply not shown here.
The kid got a bit nervous because of the camera, he normally must more technical correct. He'll be ok
Sparring drills we work on as well, mostly with the pads. Even though only their third time or so sparring they start to put the combinations into the sparring already actually...
The hopping and jumping is something I learned from Hans Huisman. Its way fun! Good for balance, and its working on condition also, its very tiring. Just stay on one leg. Don't use the hands and try to unbalance the other guy. When he hits the floor with his foot, you switch legs and start over. After a while, switch partners
In any way, I'm proud of these guys. They made a huge leap forwards and show that they are all eager to learn. So I have no worries
