Celebration of the 150th birthday of Grandmaster Lam Saiwing
The first day of the tenth month of the Chinese lunar calendar (November 6 in Western Calendar) will mark 150 years since the birth of one of the most significant masters of southern Chinese martial arts, Grandmaster Lam Saiwing.
On this occasion, IHKA/Pavel Macek´s Hung Kyun Gym (Lam Ga Hung Kyun; LGHK), with the cooperation of fellow Chinese martial arts schools from Czech republic and abroad, will hold a celebration in Grandmaster´s honor. Special guest and patron of the event: Grandmaster Lam Chun Sing, direct descendant of Grandmaster Lam Saiwing, 3rd generation of Lam family Hung Kyun!

Seminar 1: "Taming of the Tiger" (Fuk Fu Kyun)
- second part of the "Taming of the Tiger in I pattern" (Gung Ji Fuk Fu Kyun), fundamental set of today's modern Hung Kyun
- seed fighting techniques of Hung Kyun, including famous "Tiger Tail Kick" (Fu Mei Geuk), "Butterfly Palms" (Wu Dip Jeung), "Hook and Spring Kick" (Ngau Tan Geuk), "Black Tiger Claws Method" (Hak Fu Jaau Faat), "Wood Squeezing Combination Punches" (Lin Waan Gaap Muk Cheui), "Three stars Hitting Combination" (Lin Waan Saam Sing Cheui) etc.

- heritage of Grandmaster Lam Saiwing (author of the original Gung Ji Sparring Set, core of today's Fu Hok Chaak) and his nephew, Grandmaster Lam Jou
- fast and powerful techniques of the South - short briges, long bridges, upper/middle/lower/side gates
- agile and nimble footwork,kicks and sweeps of the North
- long and short range techniques, "bridge hand" (Kiu Sau) drills
