admins: smtp error

This morning I tried to send a private message but I got an error and it failed to sent it:

Could not connect to smtp host : 110 : Connection timed out

Right...and I had something similar when I posted in the last couple of days. At first i thought my new post hadn't gone through, but when checked the thread it was actually there...
