i worked on that a little last night. I find that holding them in that awkward arm angle is tough for me. I think because of my height. I'm 6'3" and i have very long arms. So my elbows get in the way when i try to apply pressure. But if I do it momentarily then throw the arm over the shoulder, it worked pretty well. Definite arm break as you leverage the elbaw across your back.
