taam teui/tan tui, cool gungfu, bit if you like Hung Kyun, work on Hung Kyun. horse stance training, sei ping ma/ji ng ma turning, basic combos, bag work, saam sing, pletny of (boring) things to do

After looking at it just once (or twice), the late GM Lo Kwan Yuk of the Northern Seven Star Praying Mantis adapted the Jing Mo Moon Tam Tui to his own system, creating the "14 Rows"...
This form of 10, 12, or 14 Roads/ Rows is designed BY Buk Pai /"Northern System" FOR Buk Pai/ "Northern System"...
Your Sifu may have adapted it into "Southern" format, but i predict that you may soon be examining a road map to decide whether you'll be travelling "North", or "South"!
