How to fit up a fulltime school?

If you had a fulltime gym like

(entrance with bar/seats and changing room in front, training floor is about 70 m2)
how would you decorate it/fit it up/equip it?

I'm looking for ideas, so anything is welcome.

motto of my school is: traditional martial art for "modern" world - so we have best from the both worlds, although my school looks more like those old boxing gyms or strongman underground gyms. smell the sweat and blood on the floor, mate, but bow first before you enter.

decoration: not much, i am still kind of lazy to hang more pics, but the most important things are there - calligraphy with the name of the school, gungfu altar with Lam Saiwing jung si, big Gwaan Gung picture, pic of my sifu, pic of me with sifu, with sigung, flag that my sifu gave me, another banner from my sifu, banners form other gungfu friends, photoseries of Lam Sawiing performing tit sin kyun, posters (gjffk, fhsky)...

i need to add more old pics, pics from the events of our association (seminars, celebrations, training camps, fights), our HK/China trips, pics with renown gungfu masters and plenty of friends of mine

equipment: mirrors, weapon rack with all the weapons, 2 sand bags, 3 poles for kicking, 1 hanging pole, 2 wallbags, bags for grip training, iron palm bench and bags, weights for punhung, budles of sticks for conditionig and twisting, rattan ring, iron rings, medicinballs, kicking shields, focus mitts, gloves, shin protectors, grapplign gloves etc., kettlebells, barbell, dumbells, bench, gymnastic rings, climbing rope, pull up bar, drum and other lion dance equipment, 20 square meters of tatami (1x1 m each piece)...

i still want to buy a power rack for bench press/squat/deadlift/military press and make a platform for Oly lifts. we are working with my friend on import of the iron locks, i also want to make the Hap Ga muk yi paai and sandbags for lifting/throwing - last pieces missing

nice place on the pic btw., if it your new mou gwun, congratulation! strong Lam Ga Hung Kyun in Holland, brother! be rady to spent a lot of money on it, ha ha, i equip my mou gwun for almost a dozen years, i could have alredy one or to Harleys instead of all the gadgets i have there i guess...

Congrats on your new space!

You know I would actually paint the space a warm inviting color. Something that is not stark white. A little color goes along way to changing how a space looks and feels.

As for equipment, I would actually focus on doing what you already do very well, teaching solid kung fu classes. Remember that everything you put in takes up floor space, l personally would rather have a fuller class and drill them till they drop then any equipment beyond the weapons you will be teaching.

Gefeliciteerd Chunyat! That place looks excellent. Wish I had the availability of a mirror wall like that! About making the place look nice, enough have been said above. Just let it fill naturally, it'll look the best way then
