muk yan jong, different tool, different story, still need to buils one! as for
ching jong, i really ike that one, i just do not like the square shape of the torso, alowing mostly frontal or 90 degrees entries (how about 45?)
(speaking of cable machines, i personaly prefer kettlebells, barbell, heavy long pole, iron double ended staff, sandbag and body weight exercises)
