This is awesome! Did he also adjust his nutrition? Is this a result of mainly forms practice or weight training also?

Is he down even more the 200 in the first vid, the second vid looks like has lost another 20-30 pounds.

Hey Yogi,

Michael did already weight training before he started hung kuen. He was only 16 when he started...the main reason why he has lost so much weight is simple he just trains hard. He is really hard working but he also watches what he eats and how much....the second video is just 2 months old..
he told me he kept the about the same weight for the last 8 months...

As a Sifu it really must be the height of satisfaction to give somebody the means and guidance to get a hold of themselves...

As a student, it must be the height of satisfaction to be free and clear of some chronic, nagging issue...
