I have met both of the performers at their school in prince edward,kowloon.
Absolute brilliant people,the older gentleman played ggffk in its entire..until today I wish I have filmed this as this was like one of the best performances of ggffk I ever seen...

The Ng Long Baat Gwa Gwun Deui Chaak here is wonderful. I have a lot of Wushu friends and they are always creating weapons "fight sets" within their respective academies for competitions. It's all very flowery, but in general there isn't much "honest" staff work. This is a good example of traditional weapon handling at a fast tempo while maintaining decent power. Minus the small hiccough toward the very end, it is a good show.

Any particular reason why in SYFH stances are very high. I have noticed that in demos the lower stances are not consistent and most use of the upper body. Human nature?

to me low stances are a trainings stool.. strengthens your body and teaches you to generate striking power through the waist,in combat the stances are naturally higher so theres a better mobility ....
