No evil intentions, I found it interesting so I thought I would see what everyone thought to simulate discussion.
I thought his form was not bad. Though clear the rings wiped in out by the end. For those who use rings, do you do any core strengthening first?
I have never used rings before during my forms and thought I might pick some up to try it out. But want to be safe and not blow out my shoulder.
