Most people have heard of the core/seed techniques of CLF- gwa, sow, chaap. There are even various lists of 10 seed techniques for CLF, like gwa, sow, chaap, pow, kup, biu, ding, kum, la (or some kind of variation thereof).
If we apply this type of reasoning to Hung Kuen, what are the seed techniques? What would be considered the essential techniques that would form the fighting core?
