Rediscovering Tit Sin Kuen

Postby abiraghi » Fri Dec 04, 2009 1:03 am

In the last months I did a great deal of work on my Tit Sin Kuen. I was afraid that my memory could have changed something of what I learned from my master Chan Hon Chung and my si-hing Cheung Yee Keung. I crossed my memory with Lam Sai Wing's book and realized some subtle changes that occurred during the years. So I managed to revert to the exact origins using the hundreds of slide I took at the time, some moves available on YouTube, mostly a long meditation over each movement.
After a few months of hard training the Tit Sin Kuen, I understood that memory and books are important, but more important is the practice. Playing Tit Sin Kuen over and over day after day, makes it alive and self recovering. After a while, all of a sudden all the small pieces went back to their place. They are small details, but their importance is dramatic.
In other words: Tit Sin Kuen is pure magic.
