probably some cultural allusion, but i have no idea - does anybody know?

Hmm I seem to remember this as Monk Hits the Bell? Am I mixing things up again?

If its Arhat Dries a Dead Corpse, maybe it is because you attack a high and low point (head/stomach) like you 'hang it up to dry'? Dead refering to the state he's in after your attack lands well?

i do not know.. i do not think so. imho the name is connected with the legends surrounding 18 arhats (lohons). the characters mean:

lohon = arhat

saai = shine on, sun-dry, roast in the sun

si = dead body, corpse
