Just giving an update on the seminar. It will be in Bluffton, SC tomorrow. Thats a 3 and a half hour drive...BUT I CAN'T WAIT!!!

Now its time for the report.

This seminar was for both my Sibak Sharif Bey and my Sifu Omar Harvin. Sibak taught on fighting applications of Hung Gar and focused on the Gung Gee Fook Fu set for the teachings. My Sifu taught on Shou Jiao...not sure if I spelled that right. It was a wonderful time and EVERYone enjoyed it. I learned a LOT and I even got some alone time with Sibak. He explained some things I had been wondering about. The whole thing lasted about 4 hours. 2 hours each art. It was definitely worth the price, drive, and time. Of course afterward...we went to Wild Wings...Yumm...

So for future reference, if anyone can go to one of his seminars...I HIGHLY recommend them. Also...his arms and hands are so hard...I was the test dummy for a lot of his demonstrations...the entire class just laughed each time because of how much I had to rub my arms after contact...lol

Again, I would like to say, if you have any chance of attending a seminar under my sibak, take it, it is a WONDERFUL experience and you learn a LOT!!
