What I understood is several fast repetitions which are then repeated. Not martial moves. These people were also interested in body building how I perceive it, its not part of the martial training the way I understood it. As I said above, they also participated in bodybuilding events.
You can have 1+1 of course, it doesn't have to be tied into the martial curriculum.
