I don't think he needs to feel and 'redirect' the force during bridgework. Probably don't have to worry too much about stances either. A hard look from him would probably crack my sternum just for starters.

the black guy was strong but looked pretty short to me, the break dancers are always impressive but real gymansts are the best..but they are usually pretty short, espcially the ones that show off the most "strength"
