We start with feet together, hands at the sides. Inhale to the middle dantien, raise your hands up,palms up, and inhale. Curl yuor fingers in pinky first, one by one to form fist,pull to chamber,sinking the breath to the lower dantien as you open the stance into YJKYM.
OPen the hands, and cut down, by sinking the elbows first, with the forearms sinking as you exhale. Continue by extending the knifehands straight, extending the energy to the fingertips.
Inhale, turn the palms up,sink the elbows,sink the dantien, then slightly raise the palms-lifting palm-exhale-sink,contract the lats. The energy is felt in the sides,out through the arms..Rooted in the stance.
Inhale and Again,curl the fingers in to form fists, then draw the forearms inward,pulling as you do,exhale. Contract the dantien.
*exhaling is done "miserly," meaning always maintain reserve of breath. One inhale can have several exhales.
