from my point of view, i can criticise dozens of things on the fjp fhsyk from my Hung Kyun perspective (well, and i am pretty close to the source), or appreciate dozens of thing there. anybodycan, it just matter of approach. i would say problem is taking discussion to a personal level. criticism, no problem with that, but based on logical argumentation and discussion (i tried - please check my posts in this topic).
markt was not right in his first post, i was the first to point that out, but as it has later cleareded uped, it was rather a misunaderstanding. if all parties are willing to discuss (and not just trying "to winn" at all costs), cool, no problem

i know markt for a long time, he is good guy, same goes for other guys involved into this topic, and i am happy to know Jmoon07 and am looking forward to learn more about the art of
fu jaau paai.
to the topic of 3 kiu sau extensions vs. claw: as i said before, i personally think it is a fu jaau pai element introduced in Hung Kyun, as none of the families i know and have seen do it like this, ie. with a claw when retracting the arm back; same goes for many other elements in Jmoon07 sets, you just looked it and you know where it comes from (Wong Manchoi - Ng Waihong - ). is it original and lost art of fhsyk? i do not think so. is it useful? of course it it, just check the mazing finger power of all the fu jaau paai's guys. we have many similar drills, so do other Southern gungfu systems (like yat ji sim of Wong Kiew Kit's Siulam kyun)
looking forward to read more fruitful insights and less hasty reactions or personal attacks from all of you.
here are other fhsyk, full or partial, "pure" or mixed witgh other sets for performance, various families:
