last week training Hung Kyun saan da matches in the end of the lesson
Ondra, Honza M., Adam, Zdenda, Honza K., Martin. Basic Hung kyun techniques and skills: Stances (sei ping baat fan ma, ji ng ma, diu geuk ma... ), footwork (biu ma, jeun ma, teui ma... ), strikes (jin cheui, ping cheui, kam cheui, tung tin cheui, sou jaang... ), kicks (chaang geuk, fu mei geuk, ngau sou geuk, ngau taan geuk), blocks and parries (waang kiu, paau jaang, bik jaang... )

Good work by all involved. I still cringe when I see the multitude of knee attacks though. If I was facing those guys I'd be so worried about my knee that I'd be jumping around like a monkey and/or leaving my face open season, hehe.

For me they look "slow".
(I don´t wnat offend anybody, i don´t mean they are bad).
Is any specific reason for that? I don´t mean the pauses between the punches / kicks. I mean how fast they extend their arms / legs...

sparring session in the end of 2 hours intensive training, one 3 minute round, one guy 2 rounds, so everybody is pretty tired. it looks easy on the video (3 minutes, no big deal right), but it is not when you try it on your own. 2 guys in the vid had their first sparring match ever, and the kids, well... kids 
as for the kicks, because we have shoes, we do not go full speed/power, especially to the knees
but anyway, no excuses, for sure ruthlesness, speed, power and accuracy are everything, so we all have to work a lot on these!
hopefully more people will videotape their sparring sessions (well, if they have any full contact sparring) and post it for the profit of all of us Hung Kyun practitioners!
i will for sure videotape and post more, not only kids amd youngsters, but also more adults
