i would like to open a discussion about Hung Kyun in full contact free fighting (saan da) with protective gear - headgear, mouthpiece, gloves, cup, shin protector. both sport saan da and school training/challenge matches saan da (ie. saan da which allows more than the rules of sport saan da, just uses the protective gear above)
- what kind of techniques do you train and use?
- what kind of strengthening and conditioning exercises do you drill?
- tactics and strategy you employ?
- etc.
