GGFFK step by step

I was excited to find an old PDF file of the complete discussion and posts of the GGFFK. :shock:
it is step by step and well put together and edited from the old "Southern Fist forums "with thanks to ASMO for putting it out there!

Blast from the past

Thanks to all who stepped in back then and kept such a discussion going throughout an entire form. We've tried similar since but it stranded pretty soon each time Hopefully the forum will grow and we can do something similar again later!

as well here is a poster of the GGFFK that im using ....I numbered each movement on the poster for easy reference as it is also numbered and described in the PDF

or i should say i numbered MY copy of the poster LOL...i have to give credit to the old Southern Fist forum as well for the poster.....
im not sure---ASMO??? did a PDF of the tiger/crane kuen make it? in my google searches pieces of the discussion were found still on the server....

what I find peculiar, is that GJFFK does not have the poetic names for the movements as FHSYK does. The descriptions are just that-descriptions. Any information on why?

Person who made FHSYK more poetic? GGFFK is considered much older, composed by other people, each have their personal input...

Also wondering, are names the same throughout different lineages? Wouldn't be surprised if some lineages use totally different names.
