here is a rough translation (well, translated from Chinese to Czech and then to English):
---
Original Text:
---
Translation:
„Single Tiger Exits its Den“ (Daan Fu Cheut Dung 單虎出洞) (2): Front claw are in the height of the nose, rear claw at the waist. Use „suspended leg stance" (diu geuk ma 吊腳馬).
Turn back, "double tiger claws" (seung fu jaau 雙虎爪) (3); then use "suspended leg [stance, diu geuk 吊腳] and „single claw“ [daan jaau 單爪] (4); turn back again and "double tiger claws" (seung fu jaau 雙虎爪) (5); turn body, move the stance [and "double tiger claws"] (6); again "single tiger claw" (daan fu jaau 單虎爪) (7); turn back and "double tiger claws" (seung fu jaau 雙虎爪)(8 ); „steal the step" (tau ma 偷馬) - a „tiger opens the mountain" (hoi saan fu 開山虎) – „double tiger claw technique“ (seung fu jaau faat 雙虎爪法) (9); „steal the step“ (tau ma 偷馬) and tiger descending the mountain" (ha saan fu 下山虎) (10).
As for "tiger form" (fu ying 虎形) of "double claws" it is necessary to stretch the waist and sink in the stance" (taan yiu lok ma 灘腰落馬). as for "single tiger claws (daan fu jaau 單虎爪) singe leg has to be in suspended stance (diu ma 吊馬). These are the principles of these two "tiger forms" (fu ying 虎形).

Commentary:
Well, my detailed commentary has 2-3 of pages, i am not going to translate it all. i just put the numbers of the 10 tigers techniques. Pic. 61 was the number (1), pic. 62 number (2) - and the text accompanying the drawing describes accurately whole sequence.
Number 6 does not mention the double tiger claw technique, but it is confirmed not only from the other parts of the text, but also from oral instruction and of course the set. Actually this tiger claw is special (anyway, as all of the 10)
Btw. other parts of of the book and other books mention various techniques of "tiger form", not included here. also, we have 4 poems, handed down from (students of) Lam Saiwing sijou, describing "single tiger claws", "double tiger claws", "black tiger claws" and "tiger tail kick"
enough theory, who wants to find out more about the tigers, you know where to find me
