Very good Franky. Here is somethng I have always noticed in this kind of demos. The attacker is usually not punching or kicking with intention but carefully not to hurt as opposed to the defender who applies at full intention and it looks real. Then, I wonder how many people shoot a straight punch (ping choy) in a real fight. To end one can see the lack of balance when one defends and lacks strong and low stances. The power of the upper body makes a big difference and those who know how to apply speed will make a difference in real fight.
