ok, my 2 cents:
easy drills - "shadow drills", punching with weights, bagwork, with a training partner
- Hung Kyun bread and butter: simple stuff like ping cheui, jin cheui, gwa cheui, kam cheui, palm strike plus po paai sau; plus double/single tiger, and crane beak/wings/kick combo
- stomping kick, tiger tail kick, iron broom sweeping/reverse sweeping kick
- aggresive defense: stepping in, countering strike with a strike etc., using our strong points, ie. bridges, stances and footwork, plus regular stuff like horizontal covering block, pressing block, lifting block
- Hung Kyun counters against the most common types of street attacks - pushing, wild strikes, football kick, low kick, tackle, headlock, baseball bat swing. no knife at tis time

sets
- not enough time for that; skills which we develope from practicing the sets cannot be developed in one week. however, the drills above would be directly taken form the sets, especiall gjffk, fhsyk and syk - their repetitive drilling would give a feeling what does it mean to practice sets. some short drills from sparring sets would be also practiced

strengthening and conditioning
- stance training (sei ping ma with "golden bridge")
- three extensions (saam jin sau)
- three stars hitting exercise
- bagwork
- bit of other lin gung drills - long pole, rattan ring, finger strengthening drills... just a little bit
although in such a short time it does not bring any benefit, it would give the feeling what Hung Kyun lin gung is about - bridges and stances

- no weapons, just some strengthening drills with long pole and double knives (we have special heavy knives from a piece of thick metal)

on a regular basis, to try to aply learned techniques, tactics and skills in combat scenarios/fre sparring

Hung Kyun fighting concepts, structure, curriculum, lessons from history and martial virtues
final match
protective gear: headgear with a protective cage, mouthpiece, grappling gloves, elbow protectors, knee protectors, cup, shin protectors. long gungfu pants, t-shirt, hooded sweatshirt, light shoes
2 parts
a) combat scenarios
- self-defense against common street attacks - the fighter has to "defend"/counter various types of common street attacks using Hung kyun techniqeus, skills and tactics
b) full contact match
- 3 rounds of 2 minutes
- ground work is ok, but if he fighters fight on the ground, the guys standing around them (making a ring) will start to kick them - top guy or mounted guy, never mind
- fight is won by KO, referee stop, opponent giving up or referees decison after the round
