Spotted some errors myself in the vid already. The sidestepping I really like to change to forward stepping. Hard to unlearn reflexes...

Not too heavy... Its in my living room so I need to get it off after each training. Not convenient to buy a really heavy one unfortunately.

Some day I win the lottery and I get a big house so I can do both iron palm and have enough place for a heavy heavy bag, hehe.

Man...I would love to learn this, too bad I am lacking a bag...stupid college.

On to the video, it looked very nice. I like that it chooses practical movements and very easy ones to pull off that can actually be done on a bag.
