Nice clips.

We do a drill similar to the second clip where one guy blocks and one guy punches. We call it "continuous hit". The only difference is that we do it stationary (facing each other in sei ping ma). It only gets easier from there if you can block a flurry of punches from a guy at arms length without moving your stance.
