It looks similar to the opening of Jong Dar Kuen, from what I remember. Sifu David Rogers (Rising Crane) knows this form, so he would better be able to comment than I.

Yes it is the opening of Jong Da Kune (Wow TT, you saw me do that form once and you remembered!)
In the Deng family, this was the first form taught. Its much shorter than gong ji, and played with higher stance and short bridge. There's a 2 man form to go with it, too I don't know who the guys in the clip are, though.
