Holy cow batman! Priceless...

One thing I am noticing is this clip does not show the excessive "tension" that I've seen on some modern versions. There appears to be tension but it is controlled - the movement drives the tension, rather than the tension driving the movement.

mok, do you know why do yout see it? beacause he is doing it correctly. i remember very clearly my sigung giving me corrections on tsk, saying: "do not use hard, external power". tsk is noi gung, not isometric exercise.

Wow that was cool. I really want to learn tit sid kuen one day. But i will
just be patient and learn in due time because i heard you shouldn't
learn it from a dvd and i want to learn it the right way, not a way that
has been changed or modified to be able to tell if someone learned from
a dvd.
