i have one of those balance discs, i go into horse stance, not too deep yet, with one leg on the balance disc, than try horse stance with out, cant wait to get another disc to try both legs,
those balance discs work everything from the foot, ankle knee hip, muscles tendons joints, muscles in your feet you havnt worked out ever probably
