Need help with Lineage background.

Hello all-

I am quite new to Hung Gar and its history, and have been practicing for a couple of months.

To make a long story short, I may have to change schools. Anyway, has anyone heard of Master Zhu Bi-Sheng of the Institute of Chinese Martial Arts (in Federal Way, WA)? The website says he is a student of master Ng Siu Chun, a student of LSW. I know LSW has taught many students, but just wanted to see if this school is worth considering.
