Here is a list (or two).

TEN KILLING HANDS – SUP JUET SAU

In the 4th Leung Daat’s book “Fu Hok Mun Training Manual” (Lam Sai Wing’s Training Manual) they are listed as ten different techniques, ten different methods of destroying.
In the Chiu Wai Lineage there are two forms containing the so called poison hands. Sup Seut (Jeut) Sau, a beginners form, and Sup Duk Sau an intermediate/senior form.
Probably the ten killing hands were created by Wong Fei Hung to represent ten of the most useful offensive techniques incorporated into a form. Wong Fei Hung is also credited in creating Fu Hok Sheung Ying Kuen, which form contains all basic Hung Gar techniques and the famous “Ten Unique Hand Techniques” (Sap Jyut Sau) of Hung Gar, sometimes called the “Ten Killing Hand Techniques”:

1. Breaking the Flank Hand Technique (Po Paai Sau Faat) – number 26, 27.
2. Double Hanging Punch Technique (Seung Gwa Chei Faat) – number 51, 52.
3. Heaven Piercing Punch Technique (Tung Tin Cheui Faat) – number 53, 54.
4. Hungry Tiger Catches the Lamb (Ngo Fu Kam Yeung) – number 61.
5. Fierce Tiger Descends the Mountain (Maang Fu Ha Saan) – number 63.
6. Bend Daangwai Tree (Sau Baan Daangwai), also called Bring the Horse Back to the Stable (Saai Ma Gwai Chou) – number 65, 66.
7. Reincarnated Satisfied Crane (Waanwan Baau Hok) – number 73.
8. Monkey Steals the Peach (Hauji Tau Tou) – number 93.
9. Pair of Flying Butterflies (Seung Fei Wudip) – number 101.
10. Tiger and Leopard Double Fist (Fu Paau Seung Kyun) – 109.


Sup Duk Sau

1. Duk3 Se4 Tou3 Sun3 - Poison Snake Tongue Strikes.
2. Ngo3 Fu2 Kahm6 Yeuhng6 - Hungry Tiger Catches Lamb.
3. Daan1 Fu2 Jau2 - Single Tiger Claw.

thank you for the list of techniques (actually i made the first one some time ago for a brief fhsyk article - at http://www.lghk.org/en/articles/fhsyk.htm). it is from Leung Daat's fhsyk book, in the Fu Hok Mun Traing Manual the list is slightly different if i remember correctly.

where does the second list come from? i did not see it before, it is very interesting. also, can you please explain what is the technique called seung ha saat sau?

jeut/jyut is the same thing, just different romanization. i think there are 2 different characters, one meaning unique, one meaning killing.

duk also has 2 different characters with the same pronounciation - one meaning something like unique or special, the other poisonious

any details as for the Granmdaster Chiu Wai's sets?

any Dang Fong people here? i have read that in Dang Fong branch they have gau duk kyun/gai ji lin waan kyun

does anybody has the series written by Pedro Cepero sifu for New Martial Hero Magazine, and the article he wrote for Inside Kung Fu?

There is by Bill Fong which is a close door disciple of grandmaster Frank Yee according to the article.

oh sorry, yes that one, the Inside Kung Fu was written by Bill Fong sifu, not Pedro Cepero Yee sifu

thank you for your information - very interesting.

i think that number 4 is something different, as what you described is number 9, this one





number 4 should be - according to Chinese name - a hand technique, aimed simultaneously or consecutively at the upper/lower gate. might be something like "black tiger cals method" or "leaking hand, hanging punch", i do not know.
