Moving to Asia - where to train?

I will be graduating uni and like many westerners am planning on moving to asia for a year or two to travel and teach english ($$$). My girlfriend and I are now starting to plan our adverture but are really still not set on where will be moving to work for an extended period of time. Having a good school to train at forms part of the decision on where to land, however I am not having an easy time finding info on schools in asia (probably language issue).

I am really looking at moving to either Hong Kong or Korea, but we are both very open minded.

As for Hong Kong, obviously not as hard to find a school, but any recommendations for an english speaker?? The Lau Family school looks deadly cool for training as well, however a lot of the "meet and train with the stars" approach on the website makes me a bit weary. No offence meant to anyone, however it does make me somewhat question the seriousness of the school (some youtube video's do lead me to believe the opposite though!!!)

As for Korea, I really can't find any info.

Any advice or shared experiences would be great.

well,Im a student of the Lau family and Sifu Mark Ho is my Sifu and being careful is ok but u already saw the clips..anyway u might as well be too soft for the school (of course I dont know that really)
it already happened a few times that guest students packed their things and left over night..
Yeah Lau Kar Leung and his father Lau Jaam were heavily in the film scene..and thats why u probably know about kung fu..Lau Jaam was also a student of Lam Sai Wing and according to some writings in the chinese book Ling Nam Heroes he was one of the most active fighters under LSW.
Im a little bit tired of defending our family just because they were big in the film biz...as for the approach of the webpage,well u must have seen the school then and maybe u can imagine it takes some students to keep the school running ...anyway in HK are many more HK kwoons

another option is to go to China- "no traditional gungfu in China" is just a myth. the places i always visit - Foshan, Guangzhou etc. - has many top notch gf schools of various styles.
