Very nice, I hadn't seen the clip of Lee Yunfook. That man's performance shows some real finesse.
Yours is very clean, and athletically rendered. It's good to have an abbreviated version, both for the standard tournament limit of two minutes, and also, the better to not put non-martial artist audiences asleep. Lol.
For mine, Sigung always insisted that whole sets be played. Then again, it was just us there, and we had the entire evening to perform.
I'd recommend Kwando play for anyone. No need it be too heavy, just balanced, and focused with the blade. This, like other long weapons, is excellent for tendon development and a stable waist and stance, and excellent for weight control as well. Just a bit more challenging to learn than basic staff-work, but well worth the time and effort.
Nice post!
