Jack Lalanne passed away today at the age of 96.
For those who are not from the states, they might be unfamiliar with this fitness and health guru who I consider to be a one man wall against the swelling tied of obesity and unhealthy living prevalent in the USA.
His physical records during his younger years are impressive and his physical records during his older years are just as impressive.

Look him up on youtube as well to see him during his black and white television days.
A great man indeed.
