Forget for a while those Bruce Lee like sound effects (i know, sounds more like a monkey then a tiger) and carefully watch – standing grappling techniques, takedowns, takedowns defense and reversals, sacrifice throws, heel hooks… it is all there.
Authentic or recently made? I do not know. Some techniques shown in the video seem to be ok, other, well, not really my cup of tea. Google 神虎術 and you will find some really crazy stuff.
