Hi everyone,

Our .com website was highjacked, so we had to switch it a .net domain name - sucks, after all that work building the .com website. It took 6 weeks to clear this up, but we're still around.

So, our new website is www.newyorkhungga.net

Hijacked? You did not pay in time?

I had that happen here also... There are robots checking expiration dates of domains, then checking them again once they passed, if people forgot to pay for them they register them quickly, hoping you'll pay for it to get it back...

My web guy said he never received a bill/notice. He sent in the redemption form and nada, zip. These companies are like ticket scalpers, buying up domain names in the hopes that someone will pay to get it back.

But, it's all under my name now and with a more reputable company.

Its kinda sad behavior indeed. Parasites will always be around...
