Saturday, November 6th, 10 AM - 1 PM

- trademark hand sparring set of modern Hung Kyun (also called Fu Hok Hung Kyun, "Tiger and Crane Hung Kyun", or Fu Hok Paai/Fu Hok Mun, "Tiger Crane School/System")
- heritage of Grandmaster Lam Saiwing (author of the original Gung Ji Sparring Set, core of today's Fu Hok Chaak) and his nephew, Grandmaster Lam Jou
- fast and powerful techniques of the South - short briges, long bridges, upper/middle/lower/side gates
- agile and nimble footwork,kicks and sweeps of the North
- long and short range techniques, "bridge hand" (Kiu Sau) drills
- seminar covers: complete sparring set, section by section; explanation of the usage of the techniques; body mechanic and power generation; questions and answers

Seminar 3: "Hung Kyun Fighting Application Drills" (Hung Kyun Saan Sau)

Sunday, November 7th, 6 PM - 9 PM

- reality based self-defense against the common street attacks, using the Hung Kyu fighting arsenal
- typical Hung Kyun techniques - kicks, strikes, takedowns and joint-locking techniques (Tek - Da - Syut - Na)
- Hung Kyun "bridge hands" (Kiu Sau)
- famous "No Shadow Kick" and its variations
- seminar covers: a series of application drills; explanation of the usage of the techniques; body mechanic and power generation; questions and answers

Where:? Prague, Czech republic, LGHK Prague - Macek's Hung Kyun Gym,

Duration: 3+ hours each (1,5 hour - break, 1,5 hour)

Seminar Fees:

1 seminar = 80 EUR
2 or more seminars - special offer! = 60 EUR each (ie. 2 seminars total = 120 EUR, 3 seminars = 180)

All seminars are led by Grandmaster Lam Chun Sing, son of Grandmaster Lam Jou and direct descendant of Grandmaster Lam Saiwing, 3rd generation of Lam Family Hung Kyun!
