yes sure, I am aware that the first way is the kosher one. I do practice that way myself most of the times, I also find it better looking. But the newer way has an interesting meaning that I appreciate, so I keep it, too. I see form pictures that that ah-Cheung is reverting to a more traditional style in the last years, after all tradition is always the best way to follow.
