That was very ugly and seemed completely unwarranted. It appeared as the fighter in white threw a cheap shot first.

It was in poor taste, but I get the feeling that the ref was the real master :shock:

The guy in white flicked a late punch, guy in black goes apeshit, then sensei comes along with the head stomp....wow! Wonder what the backstory behind that was?

I read that the guy in white was the son of the referee.

Hey Banditshaw, the ref does look like the real master.lol. Usually the Refs know how to fight, and that seemed like a pretty quick finish.

I'm not 100%, but from what I saw, the ref didn't even stomp his head...I know the guys head bounced but it looked like he only stomped the floor.

It looked like there was some contact to me. But if you go back a bit it's actually the first strike to the neck/head area...it's hard to see exactly, but wherever it was, it stunned the guy. After that it was easy for the ref to finish him.

Either way, it was not cool to do that. I'm surprised a brawl didn't happen actually.

Read somewhere that the ref was a 7th dan karateka or something. It happened some time ago already (video quality shows) and he was very sorry this happened, but you know in this age such video's will haunt you for the rest of your life...

Heh, that could've easily turned into a battlefield there :twisted:
