Thats not the first time I hear that TT

I try to slow down but keep finding myself speeding up. Thanks for pointing it out to me, its something I defenitally need to work on.
Fook Fu Kuen was performed during a demo at southern shaolin and I defenitally got swepped up even faster then normal by the other performers who were all younger and a lot faster in their performance then me (gosh do I notice I start to feel old ALREADY?). The second vid I just did outside of any demo's or exchanges at the WFH ancestral temple in Foshan and overall was done more slowly and more on the speed I practice now. But as you noticed I do need to work on articulation and slow down even more.
I bought a small camera which records to .avi's but the lens sucks. During this time of the year I can't record in the gym where we train as the light is too low. I might have to get me a new camera which handles low light much better... As soon as I recovered the bankaccount from this trip, lol. (might take some time

)
Or I'll just work on the tips given and record myself in half a year during the summer months and post that again
'Exposing' myself with these videos is not so bad, these comments really help me going forward and stay on the right path

Thanks again everyone. I'll recommend it to anyone.
