Donald Hamby's books?

I am looking into getting the Gung Gee book written by Lam Sai Wing. I have found it as an e-book, but I want one that is actually a book that I might carry around and read without being at a computer. I cannot find one anywhere except through Sifu Donald Hamby. I am wondering if anyone knows about these, has them, or ordered from him. I am willing to spend that much money as an investment, but I need to know if I will be getting something actually worth that money.

Unless you want a nicely bounded book to add to your book collection, why not just print-out the e-book & staple it? Or get it coil-bound at Kinko's?

I just stapled mine together. I've read it on the train, on the bus, in a taxi, at restaurants, at cafes, etc. It's served its purpose.
