Hello Again,

A while back I came up with these 6 small exercises and have been doing them on a daily basis since then.

Showing them here as I would love to hear what you think about them. Would you add other excercises? Remove some? Do some differently?

Also, I know I need lots of improvement in some of them. Chun ging is not yet feeling OK. I also noticed my double tiger is slanted, the body is not straight. If you notice anything else I do wrong, or have any other tips, do let me know

Asmo - Nice stuff !
Looking at the video your drills are very well done. Here are some of the things I would improve on.

Gong Ging - When you are pivoting from horse to bo and bo back to horse, you right foot is not pivoting? To help create better posture and power for your strike, try pivoting your right foot back in for horse and back out for bo.

Chun Ging - Your stance is bouncing up and down too much. Keep your stance solid as you move your technique.

Rotating Ging - Not Bad

Crane Ging - Your crane beak strike, the fingers are pointed up just a little too much. Bend them inward and downward just a little towards the intended target.

Tiger Ging - Fix your slant.

Falling Ging - As your arms finish the technique, sort of stick your stance to a solid postion and hold it there for half second. Do not bounce from 1 technique to the next.

These are just things I would tell my students. I hope you take no offense to my critique. Overall keep up the good work.
