i have a question - can you elaborate more on the first drill in the first video (and/or Frank as well) - sitting in sei ping ma, kiu sau circles (wan kiu?) - aim, intention, usage etc.

Pavel,this excersise is a little bit like chi sao or also pushing hands.
The one with the hands on the outside has to try to control the one with his hands in the inside.

The one in the inside should try to reach his opponents chest with his kiu sao hands where as the opponent try to redirect the incoming power..
its tricky and it trains sensibility... very good excersise
