I tried that other video from the same URL but the connection to Hong Kong is *terrible* here. Last video (of the TV show with coverage of our trip to HK/China) took me half a day to just download it, and then I had to figure out how to get it converted etc.
I tried opening this one but I'm afraid I won't get it done here. Video simply doesn't even start to stream...
BTW, the DVD is just 12$ from HKFlix.com It watches like a old kungfu movie (has an intro with some movie style kungfu between tiger & crane specialists as well) and has an interesting 'modern applications' section in the end. IMHO a must get, especially at this ridiculously low price

edit: I got a bit and see its a flash video file. I don't have anything to convert those, but I do download those with an extension for my browser: DownloadHelper for Firefox. With it I download all .flv video's I want to keep, like YouTube video's, etc. I can play them back in Mediaplayer Classic which has support for .flv (Flash Video) built in.
I found out the hard way the good video's on YouTube often disappear after a while so being able to download them for safekeeping is a good thing
But still I think you should get the DVD
