Hi Brian,
Are you currently IN TAIWAN?
I think it would be more feasible for you to just have one made by a carpenter in your area. Just follow the design.
As a former shipping mgr for Lam Sifu. I can tell you that packing those types of items (ie. Benches) was not fun. Plus all the shipping costs.
I'm certain you can find someone who could make one for you for cheaper. Shipping that far a distance....there is a greater chance for someone to or something to damage your bench. It's the nature of the business.
In the end, be realistic. It's only a bench ala a piece of furniture. So when doing the bench form, you have to realize that even if you have a perfectly brand new bench made for you. In time, it WILL become loose if you hit it on the ground or roll with it the wrong way enough times.
So you get some wood screws and or furniture glue...patch it up and keep on rocking man!!! Just like in Lion Dance, Hung Gar uses such a powerful head snap that you practically have to repair your lions after every show. haha. It's funny cause as your lions get heavier from all the added repairs, you get stronger...go figure, it's probably by design.
