This technique is a free mix of hung gar, hap gar and wrestling. I hope you find something useful.

So many are interested today, in the intensity modern ring skills have to offer, as well as with the unique methods passed down through tradition, yet are puzzled as to how to proceed, in blending the benefits of both.

I am just sharing methods that I have developed from a lot of cross training with various grapplers and MMA guys. I am not any kind of UFC champion or professional fighter, I'm just sharing ideas and if anybody finds something useful then that is good

Good thoughts Sifu Rogers. Yes, once the bridge has been crossed it's time to sprawl. Of course for the strict traditionalist the real question is "now what"?. The weakness of the horse is the forward extension of the lead leg.
Good video as it asks as many questions as it answers.
