Good, bad or ugly, a properly designed Tit Sin Kyun is always an educational experience to view (as is watching any classmate or legitimate practitioner for comparative and extrapolative purpose)...
Your measures will change in accordance with your feeling, method, and effect of power generation. This is why, while video feedback can be useful as a general reference, in terms of developing each aspect with the goal of more effective composition overall, nothing works like continued guidance from your Sifu and, of course, a suitable amount of time put in to practice...
