Sifu Omar: Combat Shuai Chiao and Hung Gar

Hi All. I am very interested in learning the Combat Shuai Chiao and Hung Gar art. I found there was an instructor in Columbia, SC named Sifu Norman “Omar” Harvin.

I have found a couple posts about him when I googled him and he sounds reputable to me, but I can't seem to find out where he is located or any contact information. Has anyone heard of him?
