Very nice demonstration of the Black Tiger Style. It shows the essence of the T / C, but also contains the principles of the Black Tiger Style.
Many years age I spoke with Tak Wah Eng Sifu, he was telling me that Hung Gar and Black Tiger are like brother and sister. Hung Gar being Yang and Black Tiger more Yin. Tiger and Crane form is an icon in China, so it was copied by many other styles and stylists. Just like in the north, 9 Province or 9 Continents staff is another popular copied form. Another reason forms are copied is that they honor or give tribute to the creator by making a form that resembles something from their system. Lau Monkey King Staff was created as a tribute to the Monkey King etc etc.
As far as bare feet and how people look, it is foolish to judge people on what you see on the outside. Things were done differently in different time peroids.
