The word footage is specifically used for video/film, not for pictures, so I think there's just a slight misunderstanding

Without joking, I guess some other schools were present of which the forms are not widely available on video I guess?
I only remember seeing that request once from a school in Wierden Netherlands who was present at a tournament over a decade ago...
